Ian Grimley
Ian is a senior client advisor who specialises in helping owner managed businesses in all aspects of their business, whether this be ensuring they operate tax efficiently or acting as a sounding board to help them manage their business. Ian is also Essex Abel's audit manager leading the team in providing this service to our clients.
Ian joined Essex Abel in 1991 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1997. He became a senior manager at Essex Abel in 2003 and manages a wide portfolio of clients across various sectors, whether these be sole traders, partnerships or limited companies, he has over 18 years of experience and prides himself in providing a good quality, professional and friendly service to all clients whether they are starting out in business for the first time or have established businesses.
His interests include football (he is an avid fan of Leicester City and regularly watches them for his sins) and a keen golfer.
